I was very pleased. He explained the options I had for my ankle surgery. He answered all my questions, and concerns. Surgery, follow up appointments all went very well. I was very pleased with Dr. Lee and all his staff in Clive and Ankeny. I would recommend Dr. Lee to my family and friends. I gave 4 stars because who "LOVES" surgeries.
It was a horrible experience. Need nail removed, my decision, wouldn't do it at that time, his rule, "do I need to break my own rule for you , Oh I'll just go out and ask the 12 people waiting if they mind to wait an hour longer just for you." And he said it in front of the student he was training. How rude. I was under the impression that they were doing it that day because of the referral. I will not ever go back. He didn't even look at it. I am a person and should be treated with respect as he should.
Dr Lee and his team could not have treated me better. I had full confidence in him performing my foot surgery and the procedure went off without a hitch. He was patient in answering my questions and allaying my fears. Have seen him since for other minor new issues and have been consistently pleased with the experience.
