After having an accident with extensive damage to my teeth, I'm very happy with the results that Dr. Markowski achieved for me. The entire staff is wonderful and caring and make you feel very comfortable even in a difficult situation. Kudos to the whole team!
At the appointment many extra services such as x-rays etc were done. Then after over $300 in charges (all preventative) the patient was informed that the insurance would not pay anything.
I highly recommend Berkshire Dental. My smile and teeth are very important to me. Stephen Forrest is an absolute perfectionist and I honestly don't believe I could use anyone else for my dental needs now that I understand how important my smile/teeth are to him as well.
When the office was made aware of this they did NOTHING to apologize for mis-informing the patient on his coverage or for adding un-needed services. I would never send anyone there
An unemployed friend called this office to verify that that the insurance he had would cover a routine 6 month exam. He was told that his insurance would cover it so he made an appointment.
I have been seeing Dr. Markowski for over 10 years back when the practice was located on Westown Pky. The new office is great and the staff is aways very helpful and nice. I plan to keep letting Berkshire Dental take care of my teeth for years to come. I highly recommend them.
