I'm highly disappointed in the service I received on September 8, 2017. I came to the Clive Tuffy Service Center on the 1st to get my oil changed with a coupon packet that I had purchased for about $45. The first oil change was to be "free". I paid $35 more for premium oil. Fine. Service was friendly and good though. So, then I scheduled my alignment to be done on the 8th. I get to my appointment and they tell me the alignment is fine (it's been pulling to the right for awhile now, but they blamed the tire pressure-which was within range and equal in the front), but come look at this he says...SUDDENLY, my water pump is leaking antifreeze and pretty rapidly too! I had been running errands all day and had just stopped at home for a few minutes, as well. At none of these stops was there antifreeze under my car. And I could clearly smell it now, not before. Then he tells me it'll be $579 to fix it. My car was COMPLETELY fine, except the alignment when I got there. And they didn't fix that either. I called my regular mechanic to get a quote on the water pump~$250!! And because I had the nerve to question how this happened, he pulled my car out and refused to fix anything! Seriously?!! Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars, and I'm VERY aware of any noises, smells or fluids that would show up under my car BEFORE I took it to the Clive Tuffy Service Center. There weren't any! So I guess the rest of the coupons go to waste because I will not take my business back to someone who tries to scam me!! In addition to all of this, my mechanic told me I was a quart low on the premium oil I paid for just a week ago!! Charge me extra and then short me the proper amount of oil!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
It was really clean and the front desk person was nice. The issue I have is when the mechanic came in he made a remark about Utah (we have Utah plates) and when I got into my car there was something sticky all over the steering wheel and the info button on our car and the main screen had been changed. Not sure if it was nessecary for him to do is job but I think he just wanted to see the car technical aspects because it's a brand new car. Also, the sticky stuff was all over the windshield where the oil change sticker is. I loved how clean it was but don't think we'll be back.
