During the home buying experience we had a realtor recommend Jenny Greene to us. On two separate occasions Jenny was able to get us pre approved for a home loan, and on two separate occasions we were told after shortly after getting a purchase agreement in place that we would not be able to get a loan. The second time this happened it was on a Friday afternoon and instead of calling us back to explain what was going on she just went home for the weekend. We chose a different bank and we were still able to get the house. If you want someone who cares about you and is invested in your situation... CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK!

They offer the necessary technology advancements (smart phone banking, etc...) as all the other large banks yet these folks live around us. They are local which means the bank's proceeds feed back into our community. The bank's home office is in Reinbeck, Iowa which is a very conservative farming community. Good bank.
