Great gifts and yummy cakes!
The cakes are delicious but the customer service is not good. Last Friday, I went in person to purchase two dozen cupcakes for a party and to order another three dozen to be delivered to my office this week. It took forever to get the order input, I was told that they don't open until 9 am so they couldn't deliver them to my office at 8:30 am and would have to deliver them the afternoon before the office function (even though I was charged for delivery). I said fine, paid and left. Our office function was moved up a day so I had to change the delivery date. I called them to do so. Again, listless customer service, they couldn't find my order, put me on hold, still couldn't find my order, asked for my order number or receipt number (which is not with me) and then acted as though I was the idiot because I didn't have the numbers.

One of our drug reps brought us some cakes. I didn’t get to eat mine right away so I took it home. They are the most delicious cakes! I had the chocolate peppermint cake. Very moist cake with large chunks of chocolate peppermint. I can’t wait to actually visit this place!
I told them they not being very nice and ...... nothing! No apology, just dead air. I was going to order a couple of cakes for Christmas dessert, but I will not now. II'd like to know where the owners are. t seems to me that the owners should be on site until things are up and running smoothly. They seem to be nowhere to be found.
